Jeff Rupnow on the top of some mountain in Utah

Jeff Rupnow, founder of Mercury Couriers, was born and raised in Cleveland,
Ohio.  In grade school, he started his first job delivering newspapers for
the News Herald which, ironically he did by bike.  In 1994, Jeff moved to
Columbus to go to Ohio State where he developed a passion for mountain
biking.  In 1996, he found out that he could ride his bike and get paid for
it as a courier, and he jumped at the chance.  Jeff has been working as a
courier ever since.  He worked for a few of the bigger companies at the
time to learn the ropes, and in 2006, he started Mercury Couriers.
